Today, when I went to take a shower, I noticed a semi-medium large bump near the
Bottom of the penis (I guess, near the sac), anyway, I pinched it and a small amount of pus/white stuff came out. The bump isn't any color (Except my normal skin color). Only a small amount of white puss came out. No blood or anything. It doesn't hurt when I pee or do anything with it. It only hurts now because I squeezed it to see if I could get anything out of it. That's the only thing that makes my penis hurt right now, is because I tend to squeeze to hard and end up hurting myself. So, after a few minutes this small pinch pain should go away.

What could it be? STD? STI (I think that's what it's called)? Or is it nothing to worry about?

Sounds like a pimple or an ingrown hair.

Only way to know for sure is to see a doctor, especially since you now opened the wound, which can lead to infection.

Since I cannot edit the post, I never had sex or anything. It just appeared today.

Then it's most likely not an STD.

But that doesn't change my advice. By popping it you introduced bacteria. There's no way that you popped it in a sterile environment using sterile tools. Only a doctor can do that. In other words, you may have made it worse, as it very well could become infected.

A doctor still needs to look at it, to avoid infection.

Ok, I just took a shower after I made this post. Will the soap help disinfect it? Also, if it does get infected how will I know?

The soap may help. The thing is, the bacteria is on your fingers, no matter how well you wash them, and when you popped it, the bacteria on your fingers went into the open wound you created.

If it gets infected you'll know, trust me. It will hurt, it will become inflamed, it will be red and angry. You'll definitely know.

From my understanding, bacteria is very stationary and won't move unless something pushes it, like blood. I never touched the area where the puss come out, I kind of just took a shower and avoided the area. I touched around it to pop it but never where the puss came out.

Open wound, and it is open because something (puss) came out, is open to bacteria. Bacteria is in the air. It's all around us.

It's not a huge risk, I won't lie to you. But it is a risk. Also, all I can do is guess what it is. I'm guessing pimple or ingrown hair. It could be something else. No one can give an accurate diagnosis online.

You're obviously worried about this. What's the harm in going to a doctor to make sure you're okay?

Because I'm embarrassed and I don't want to just go to the doctors and spend whatever amount of money just to figure out it's something I don't need to worry about. And I know the internet isn't the best place but it does help.

But anyway, it hasn't changed size but it has developed a white top/small bump. So it seems like something is trying to push out. Whether it be a hair and the skin is become transparent or puss just got in there I don't know. And when I touch it (It seemed to heal) it hurts just a very small amount, but then again, it could just be my mind playing tricks or something. If it doesn't go away in the next 4 days I will go to the doctors
