Ok so since I decided against starting professional boxing I thought ''Hey lets give mixed martial arts a try for fun''
BUT here's the problem I am worried to be honest I've never really been ''The new guy'' .
Because of my history in boxing I'm going to be working with pros as soon as I start.
I feel like a tiny child about to ask out the girl of his dreams, nervous as hell with butterflies and sweaty palms
Even the local news is expecting big things as soon as I start.
I don't know what to do I already bought equipment and got invited to train/fight. AND told my local news theyd see a new fighter out of me.
Basically my question is how do you guys calm your nerves when starting new sports?
