I am going through a similar situation. We were told to attend court mandated Parenting classes and he never showed up. She is prostituting herself. Drinking, doing drugs an stealing. I have begged him to take away her cell phone and laptop(they belong to him and threatened to take me to court if I took them) and yet he continues to give her these privileges.
Neighbors, family members, faculty, property managers have all tried to do something but he refuses to listen to anyone.
I finally had a physical confrontation with her last week and she is supposedly staying with her father yet she was seen walking the streets at 1am the other day.
I have begged the courts for full custody so I can get her the help she needs yet they suggest counseling that he will never go to.
I feel so trapped. If I give up full custody because I'm terrified of being held responsible for her actions and cannot co parent, he tells our daughter I'm abandoning her.
If I continue co parenting I feel she will end up dead. PLEASE someone tell me what other options I have. I am desperate .

The only way to force a change is to make it mandatory. That is your only option. If the judge suggests counciling or therapy then make sure its mandatory. If someone refuses to attend then they are held in contempt and you build your case for sole custody. Do you have police records involving her activities ?
