It doesn't sound like you'd be allowed to skip if your grades weren't all A's. Would any of your teachers think you should skip?

If last year was low grades, why do you think this year will be back to good grades? Do you have a plan?

Yes because I want to graduate high school at 14 and complete college when I'm 18

How do you plan to manage learning and homework and getting good grades?

What grade are you in now? 8th? There is no way you will graduate from high school by 14.

There is no way to graduate from high school in one year. Why would you want to?

Well at least do high school for 2 years and do college because I don't want to be like other people who get good grades and don't skip I want to be a person who has taken a chance to succeed in a short amount of time because I was just a 13th year old boy who was just like other kids

Well, this boy first needs to be realistic. It ain't going to happen. Now, how can you show how smart you are without skipping grades? (P.S. I'm real smart.)

I hate to quash someone's ambitions but you are going about this the wrong way. If you wanted to graduate HS early you had to start planning in the FIFTH grade or earlier. You had to be working out a plan with your guidance counselor to take advanced courses, extra credit and summer courses.

If you are just starting to plan now you will be lucky if you can graduate 1 year early. Unless you had a 4.0 GPA last year, you can forget about skipping for now.

When school starts again make an appointment with your guidance counselor and explain your ambitions and let them tell you how realistic they are.

I will schedule a appointment and explain my ambitions and take courses and whatever it takes to take the test and I will be sure enough I will take the test

What makes you think there is a test? It isn't that simple. To finish early you need to show you can do advanced schoolwork. This means perfect grades and showing you can handle more work. There usually isn't just a test you can take.

I know some schools have home school networks , like Liberty University, you can take high school ( four years) but get two years of college at the same time.

Well, probably until you stop thinking "wanna" is a word you'll stay in the eighth grade.

What scores did you get on your state testing last year? I can assure you that no school district will advance you with poor grades and high test scores. Better idea is to get straight A's next year and get in the 100 percentile on your state testing. At that point, they may listen to your question to advance. But in CA, you would need 3 straight years of almost perfection to "skip."
