I'm not quite sure about the pregnancy part, but yes, you can have periods and be pregnant. My mom had 2-3 periods when she was pregnant with me. I also went to school with this one girl whose aunt had her periods, didn't gain weight, or have any symptoms of pregnancy. 9 months later she went to the doctor because she was having pains and they told her she was having a baby.
