Hello. I started drinking around 9pm and stopped drinking around 2-4am Saturday. In which I believe I consumed 5 small mixed drinks (gin, vodka) 3 beers, and one glass of wine. So it was over about a 6-7 hour period. Stopped at Saturday 3am approx. my test may be today at 4pm or tomorrow morning. I know that tomorrow morning I will be good. But I'm worried about 4pm today

My weight is 170...
5 ft 10in
23 years old

I'm on my 3rd-4th gallon of water since Saturday morning and have not eaten a whole lot but no caffeine... the most unhealthy meal I had was a huge amount of brownie and ice cream but other than that it has been some eggs, some home cooked burgers and some cereal.

I'm done drinking after this. I have never had so much stress in my life...

60 hours from last drink?

Mixed drinks are difficult to figure. The important element is the alcohol content (i.e. single shot, double, 1 oz. 1.5 oz etc) Same for the wine, depends on size and alcohol content. Can you clarify either of these issues?

4-5 small mixed drinks mixed by hand (2 vodka and 2-3 gin). Not measured so I would say 1.5 oz.

Very small amount of wine.

Not even one full glass. And 2-3 beers (light beers)

Let's just figure at the max amount being 9 standard drinks.

That amounts to 126 grams of pure alcohol and 1.63 g/kg based on your size. Your BAC was near .10 at the conclusion of drinking, although that is only a broad estimate.

Based on the above you are in a zone where EtG detection is possible, maybe a 25% chance.

EtG is water soluble and hypersensitive to water intake. So that accelerates clearance. Any water consumed after about 5 hours following last drink tended to clear EtG. So you have a very good chance of being EtG clear but it's not a sure thing.

Please let us know when you get the results. Thanks

I will be drinking my 5th gallon of water before the test if they want me at 4pm today. (3 hours from now) as well. So I guess its just hope for the best now huh? Thank you for your help. This is a little reassuring and takes some of the stress away.

It's not advisable to consume a large quantity of water in proximity to any urine alcohol test. Further, it isn't of benefit. EtG production ceased within 5 hours of your last drink. It does not continue after the alcohol is gone from your system. Water loading at late stage could create dilute urine sample negating the test.
