I have the manual. I am not sure how to read it. Does it take a jumper wire from timer to timer? I would like for someone to tell me what wires go to what terminals. Thanks.

You only mention three wires. I would expect six, three 120 volt input and 3 -120 volt load to pump
All grounds splice together and connect to any green screw on timer.
Black Line in connects to first Timer terminal, and then to Com.
White input connect to second Timer Terminal and Load white to pump.
Black load wire from pump connects to terminal NO.
This assumes a 120 volt circuit to both timer and pump.
