The bank can't give you this loan? What is it for? There are small business loans available from some non-profit organizations in some countries/states

First of course most "online" sites are traps or just frauds. There are many local loan places in most cities.

But in the end, if your credit is bad enough you just can't borrow money esp that much without some form of security on the loan, ( home, car and so on) Do you have things you can sell ?

In the end you may well just not be able to borrow that much money and should consider finding some other way to solve your problem.

Why not try an non-profit credit counselling service, they could recommend other ways to settle the debts other than taking a large loan, they may be able to consolidate your debts into one payment by working with the companies you owe... look in the yellow pages, don't look online, like Fr_Chuck said, these could be frauds

I need to borrow the money inorder to pay restitution before charges are filed. So time is important. There must be somewhere I could go and someone to help me before this goes to far. Still looking for options
