I want my children father to moved out my home, but he refused to moved. He been getting his mail here for a while and been living here for about 4 years. What can I do to get him out of my home. He knows the Law and he knows that I will have to evict him through the courts and he is taking full advantage of the situation by not moving out when I asked him too 2 years ago. What can I do to correct this situation I want him out as soon as possible.

If he knows the law then he should also know that if you do evict him you have the right to ask the courts to have him pay for the cost you incurred through the eviction process. As far as I know you can find the proper forms from your local legal aid office and you may even be able to get the court fees differed.
