Im only 12 years old nothings wrong and everyday goes by fine. But when alone downstairs cause I have a sleeping problem I just keep crying? I have a computer t.v and video games but I don't know why I just cry for no reason.

Talk to your parents or someone at school if talking to parents seems too hard.

Try sleeping in another room, or someone else's house and see if that happens too.

Seek a doctor's advise.
