For about a yeah I have been turning my shower up on full blast and putting it close to my vagina because it feels really nice but after about 10seccons my body will jump and put me in a crippled pesition but I can remove myself from this position... also I do it about 3-5times a week! I've tried to stop it but whenever I use the bath the temptation gets the better of me...

Addictions ruin health and happiness, so I would put this in the category of chocolate and picking your nose too much. Don't worry about it. (Not even sure this isn't trolling... )

So it won't harm me.. or delay my period..

Nope, not a troll and very helpful, great advice on another board. I couldn't believe the advice came from a 13 year old.

They were making a comment that they did believe this was a real post, not some made up question we often get.ts me into a crippled position" what does it do exactly, if it does, how do you stand in the shower and not fall.

The pleasant feeling you're getting from doing this is normal, so is your reaction to it.

As long as you're not causing injury (jets too high, too much pressure, bleeding after you do this), it's perfectly okay.

I won't go into detail about what's happening to you, because of your age. But you'll find out soon enough.

Until then, no, this isn't an addiction.
