I am very regular. I get my period every 28 days. Im now 3 days late and have had 2 negative pregnancy test. I have children but they are all in their teens now. My breast are sore and full, I am suffering from nausea, fullness in pelvic area and fatigue. Any suggestions?

I would suggest getting tested by your doctor. Your period can be off by just diet changes or other simple things like that. Still, do not drink and take precautions just in case.

Three days late isn't abnormal. My Dr. won't do a pregnancy test until two weeks late. I'd wait a little longer to see if your period returns. If not, call your Dr.
