Hello, I'm having the same problem with my ex. She says she loves me but is not in love with me or things are not the same for her. We have been together for almost 5 years, she is almost 29 and I'm 26. (if that matters?) We have an apartment together and have lived together for about 4 years. She says she has been thinking about this for a long time. I don't understand that because lately I thought things were going good? And she seemed to be happy, I am taking a break from packing right now I just hope things will work out I love her more then anything. I don't have anywhere to go or put my stuff so she says things like I can stay as long as I want. And she will rent a storage unit it for me. Or she can hold onto my things for me. I just don't get why she is being so nice to me, and says that I'm a very good person and any girl would be lucky to have me. I have tried everything I can think of to show her how much I want this to work and told her I would do anything. It makes me sick I haven't eat anything or slept very much for a few days just not sure what to do? I love her so much and she knows that I show that it bothers me and she's doesn't so much. I think there is something else to it because I just don't get it? Just trying to make this short and need help I'm a mess...

Why would you want her back? Even if you managed to get a spark back, how long do you think it will last?
Get your stuff out, begin no contact and start moving on. You don't need to waste your time on getting back into a relationship that went nowhere.

I would imagine this is painful, but when someone says they want out there is nothing you can do but let them go.
No matter how much you love her, or whatever you do, it will not change the way she feels.

I know I just love her so much. Its just strange to me, I just think there is something else to it? Maybe another guy or something I don't know?

Could be another guy, but whatever it is, you have to let her go. Go No Contact, this allows you to heal.

Id just like to think that she will change her mind some day. And its like she still wants to have some contact with me. Saying I can leave my stuff here and all that. I don't know if she's just trying to be nice or she's really not a 100% sure. I don't know why this has to be so hard.

I think she is just trying to be nice. I think she feels guilty.
