Em hi... I was wondering if anyone as advice on how to lose weight fast

Do yo know any recipes or food I should eat while I run and exercise

Don't eat anything made with wheat flour, rice, or sugar. Drink 8 or more glasses of water a day, especially 15 minutes before you eat something. No liquids allowed except for water. Eat fruits and vegetables (fresh) and lean meats with no fat or skin.
