the yearly production of a 4 foot orange tree is 32 pounds of oranges. A 16 foot tree produces 98 pounds. Let h represent the height of an orange tree and p the number of pounds of oranges produced..

What is the ordered pair for the first tree?
What is the ordered pair for the second tree?
Find the point-slope form of an equation of the line through the two ordered pairs.
First substitute the two data points in the slope definition.
Next substitute the slope and the coordinates of either data point into the point-slope equation.
Substitute values for p[1], m and h[1].
Use the equation from part b) to find the number of pounds of orages produced by a 18 foot tree; a 20 foot tree.
To espress p in terms of h, solve for p. Remove the parentheses.
Finally, add 32 to both sises and simplify.
For a 18 foot tree, h=18
Same for a 20 foot tree.
