No, even the fake ones or non accredited ones will cost you a few hundred dollars.
Any of them that are real and accredited will be in the 1000's.

Take as many FREE courses as you want at MIT online and then 'buy' a cheap PhD (and I assume you don't want to treat anyone, just get a job.)
