I saw this music video years ago (early to mid 2000's) at a bowling alley that had a black man roller dancing in front of a still camera (only he was moving in and out of frame) that switched between him and a white man also roller dancing in the same filming format. It was purposefully filmed to look kind of bootleg-ish/1970's with the film grain, brownish video tint, and the spandex street clothes the skaters were wearing.

I don't remember the name of the artist/band, but the song title was "'verb' Boy", 'verb' Girl" - or vice-versa girl/boy. They were complicated verbs, like "Irresponsible Boy, Anonymous Girl," but I can't remember exactly what.
