If you've gone to a doctor and they don't have answers, it's unlikely, need, impossible, for anyone on the internet to give you a diagnosis.

What are they testing for? Have you had a pap smear? Blood work? Urine work? What tests have they done, and what sort of doctors have you seen? Family doctor, Gynecologist, specialist?

What is the discharge like? Color? Smell? Are you itchy, does it burn? More info please. But be advised, even with more info we can only guess, we can't diagnose.

White discharge is normal. It has nothing to do with the soaps you use or the panties you wear. It has to do with your body, and being female.

I'm shocked that your doctor put you through tests and didn't tell you that this is a normal female thing. What sort of doctor did you got to, a vet?

Google "White vaginal discharge", and read up on it. This is nothing to worry about. It's normal.
