What can cause my ice depenser to stop working on my ge side by side frige.

I hear it trying to turn. When I turn it by hand it's better hard. No ice blockage. I clean it all out.

You could have a bad bearing in motor or gears, or it could need lubrication in motor or gearbox, or both.
