I had 7 beers Saturday beginning around 3:30 & ending around 10. Will EtG still be in my system if I take a UA at 6pm WED?

You should be entirely clear of EtG at that time span based on 7 beers (12 oz, 5%). Also helpful, though not necessary, was your rate of consumption, about 1 per hour.
