My partner and I are being harassed by his ex wife. I already have a harassment order out on her meaning she can't contact me directly, but my partner remains in contact with her due to their son and finances.
He hasn't seen his son since January as she won't let him, and he is pursuing this through the courts now.
However, she still repeatedly texts him around five or six times a day and always each message is about three or four messages long (iPhone style). She varies from saying that he's ugly and looks old and ridiculous, to the fact that their relationship was amazing and he should come back to her. She constantly phones people he works with telling them he is unfit to do his job as he has been threatening her (he hasn't) and has had a nervous breakdown (he hasn't). This shows her state of mind as, because she doesn't work, if he loses his job how will she pay her mortgage? She texts him pretending to be his son saying 'he' hates him and doesn't want to see him ever again (the son has even told my partner that it's not him sending those messages). She tries to convince him that I'm promiscuous and there are rumours about me going round (not true) and has now taken to copying and pasting information from websites about Narcissistic Personality Disorder, which she claims I have (again, couldn't be further from the truth). My partner is loathe to cut complete communication with her until he has custody/visitation sorted with his son through the courts, but is there anything we can do to stop her texting/phoning *constantly* in the meantime?
She has a history of violence (having broken my partners ribs by pushing him down the stairs in front of their son), and a temper (I've heard her scream down the phone at him for visiting the school to see if his son was okay) so I suppose there could be a risk of violence there. Really just something that means she can only contact him with regards to money or their son would be perfect.
Is it possible I can extend my harassment order to have her not allowed to mention me to him? She's not breaking it *technically* by saying "Your girlfriend is a whore", but it's really starting to get the both of us down.
I'm in the UK by the way and willing to pay if necessary.
