intervals on which f is increasing:
f(-1.5)<f(2)

intervals on which f is decreasing:
f(0)>f(3)
any relative maxima or minima and the numbers at which they occur:

Maximum:
(2,F(2))

Minimum
(0,F(0))

f (1)
increasing

the values at which f (x) = 0

Is f even, odd, or neither?

Same answer as here: https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/universities-colleges/how-do-solve-function-values-688216.html But I would add that I don't understand your notation - you say the interval where the function is increasing is f(-1.5<f(2), but do you mean the interval (-1.5,2)? And if so, how could there be a local minimum at x=0? That would be inconsistent. Again, if you could post the graph we could help you out more.
