Hi, I'm tyler. I am a recent high school graduate who is set to attend a tech college with dorms and regular life. I slipped by in high school with good friends and OK grades and struggled because of a father who took things to an angry physical level. I am starting to feel depressed and want to pull out before it consumes me. I feel it's because I cannot take the wait to move on in life college doesn't start till September and I left my job recently. I have dreams to move away and work my trade but I don't know if the depression will leave by then. My questions are how can I pullout or avoid it ? Do u think it will? And do you think when I have a house and am working in the field I enjoy it will stay gone? Help me please

Hey tyler I'm tazzie I can't say that I know exactly what your going through because I can't till I've lived your life
But it may best talk to someone, I'm in high school and I see docters and their super good don't give up. I know that's a hard thing to really do. Maybey try finding someone your comfortable with or someone you don't know, it will be OK trust me be strong and that means letting out your emotions and saying your not OK when your not and don't let others walk all over you, ignore them:)

Tyler,
PLEASE STAY IN SCHOOL.
See a doctor now before school starts and try to get on some
Anti-depressants or mood-stabilizers, and definitely get therapy.
If you cannot afford a private doctor, county mental health services
Are available, you just have to call around and locate them in your city.
The doctors and therapists here have helped me so much and I am
A much happier person now! There is hope, and you just have to push
Yourself to get it. But, PLEASE do NOT drop out of school.
You have seen the economy falter lately and it is almost impossible to
Find work without a degree, even if you are skilled in a trade.
Go to college now while you are young and already on that path. The next
Few years will pass anyway, please spend them doing something that will
Make the rest of your life so much easier.
Dropping out now would be a huge mistake. Please believe me on this.
Good luck to you.
