On a plumbing receipt from Roto Rooter Plumbers, they removed the toilet, cobled, found and removed a "wiper" in the line. What is a wiper?

I believe your plumber was referring to "baby wipes" which do not break down like toilet paper. There's a video Id like you to watch. Click on.
