Hi, I know it's wrong and I done it anyway , I permed my hair than relaxed it five weeks later,after the relaxing it started breaking, I've done the protein and deep treatments in between, my hair feels soft to touch but you can see the damage I've done to the ends, do I need protein or moisture treatments and how often is it safe to do protein treatments as I'm told that overuse can do more damage to your hair? If anyone can advise me on products that will help repair my hair without cutting please do so or even home remedies that may help. Thanks

You can't fix it now. The damage is done. Hair is dead you don't get it to heal.

Try using infususim 23 leave in treatment and cut of a bit of your ends so your hair can look healtier
