I am the victim of a forged document used against me in court.
Within a week of her being arrested I received a letter in the mail from the assistant district attorneys office requesting I call & give any information I have on this case. I have since called several times & left several messages trying to contact someone with no response at all. I I just found out she has court August 3rd & the only way I was even able to find out this information was by calling the Victims assistance program.I don't want the case to end up being thrown out because I am suppse to be there or something & did not even know about. My signature and the notaries signature was forged and we signed Affidavits stating that it wasn't my or the notary signature. What can I do to make sure the woman gets convicted for the possession of forged document when I can't get a hold of the DAs and haven't been notified yet with the court date one week away.
