Does anyone recommend a great weight loss plan?

I have tried pills but nothing worked I just put on some weight cause I am stressed I see pills for weight loss all over but its hard to know if they are real

A few you get from your doctor, will help. But best, good diet, well balanced, no fast foods, stop junk foods, and start a exercise program

Try to avoid pills. Most of them don't work especially those that are advertised on television to magically burn your stomach fat or something. As Fr Chuck said, a good diet and exercise program will be the most effective. Eat lean meats, vegetables, and fruits. If you consume any carbs do it before noon. Do avoid junk food as much as possible. I recommend you have a cheat day once a week to my patients. It's not going to affect you at all really. It's actually great for you and if you want detailed info on why just ask. But generally, a cheat day will help boost your motivation so a diet doesn't seem so bland and difficult. Just try to avoid too much sugars, fats, and carbs on a cheat day. Don't pig out in other words.
As far as exercise, start with a basic cardio routine. Light jogging to get used to it. Start with 20 minutes on day one and add a minute each day. After a week, jog a little faster. Take one to two days off every week and after 3 weeks, replace two of your jogging days with some other form of cardio, preferably swimming. There's also biking.
