I'm trying to remember the name of a movie its an old movie from either the late 70's to early 80's it takes place in the "future" and gasoline is banned so everyone has to ride bikes and this old race car driver gives a lecture about cars and auto racing at a school but none of the kids understand the point of autoracing so he decides to drive his old race car across the country that's about al I remember I only saw it once and it was a long time ago when I was like 7 so if someone could help me out that would be great
