Hi. Any advice on how to stop hurting, and stop thinking about my ex. We were together for only 7months, but we were friends since high school... Our relationship didn’t last because I found out that he did not break up with his girlfriend for 5yrs. In short he two timed us. He was very good. You would not even expect he was cheating. Then the girlfriend for 5yrs and I were asking him to choose between us... He doesn’t want to choose. I decided to let go, then he was pleading and asking for forgiveness and told me that he chose me. Only to find out again that he and the girlfriend are still in contact. I don’t know what to do anymore. I can’t even sleep well! Help.
