At your local county court house with your parents permission,

Mississippi - 15 for girls, 17 for boys. (Minimum age)

While there are places that permit marriage at age 16, you can't just go there. You would have to prove residency before they would grant a license.

And many places that allow the young marriage, still require the parents to sign,
