I paid Zakat whole year in Advance but now two months ago I purchased flat from those savings. I paid around 16,000 in advance because I had some cash and some jewellery. But in April 2012, I purchased falt for me and my family. Now in Ramzan, I do not have any money even I am in debt.

My sister is telling me, she have to pay Zakat Rs. 25,000 this year. You can take 16,000 out of this 25,000 because you paid in advance.

Kindly let me know wheter I can take that amount from my sister which I have erronously paid as Zakat?
