Hello,

I have been working out 3 days a week for about a month now. I don't work out to intensivly, and I workout tipically all my muscles each day with 2 or so exercises per muscle. I do around 40 lbs (20kg) on my biceps, 10 reps for 3 sets, and 20 lbs (10kg) on my shoulders, 10 reps for 3 sets. Usually I don't get sour and I never push through pain so I ma quiet surprised why this happened. On Sunday I came back from the gym without any kind of pain, and on Monday night when I was walking my dog I felt slight pain between the biceps and forearm when ever I pulled my dog. And today literally every time I straighten my arm I have between the forearm and biceps, further more it hurts when I strengthen my biceps, close my arm, and my shoulder surprisingly hurts as well when I lift my arm too far or when I strengthen my biceps and move my arm to 90* degree a shoulder pain accures as well.

Anyone knows what may cause it, or how to get rid of it? I really don't want to believe I messed up my elbow or shoulder from these light weights.

This used to happen to me I was lifting and I didn't think much as my arm twisted when I was lifting but I kept on with the set. The next day I was boxing and I felt a sharp pain in or just above my elbow. This happened 2 other times It will go away in 3-10 days just don't lift in that time.
