Ok have living with my father for eight months. My mother passed away 8 yrs ago. My father passed awat July 14 2012.one of the siblings has charged against his bank gord. Stole money out of his home. Took his wedding ring off his finger and wore it. Took atm card fbrom his wallet and took money. My myself and the other sister are willing to stand against her. Now she has her own apartment with two children. Now she wants to move in. Nothing has been done yet because its so recent. My question is what happens in the meantime until the legal part is settled? So I have the right to changr the locks.

Move in where, you did not tell us but should we assume your dad's home? Did your dad have a will, is there an executor?
