I have laptop and it keyboard is not working like its suppose to work can anybody help

I would request you to please check if there is any particular application in which the keyboard is not working properly (for an example:-you can check it in notepad and Microsoft word). Please try to check if the drivers for the keyboard are properly updated or not. You can also try to boot your system in safe mode and check if the keyboard is properly functioning there or not.
In order to help you better please let me know the model number of your system.
