I originally had 20 hrs and didn't do them so I got another 10 added. This is my second offense and I only completed 10. The judge we have here is always really strict, I just want to know if I'll have jail time, and how much he can actually give me.

I don't know how we could possible KNOW, just guess, and my guess is that you will be carted off to jail. How much time? It depends on what you were charged with to start with, not failure to do community service.

Normally you were given community service instead of jail time, normally they will do a few weeks or a month jail, then order the community service again. It will depend on how your sentence was.

If you were given 3 years jail, suspended for 3 years probation and community service, you really could get 3 years in jail.

If you were just sentenced to community service, then you are held in contempt which is normally less jail just to teach you a lesson. You may also make a deal, often so many days in jail instead of community service, I have a family member that did that several times.
