Hello, I am a 19 year old female and I've been having some issues. For the past month, every time I produce a bowel movement I feel a ripping sensation. I assumed it was just an anal tear. As time went on, my stool became darker with blood mixed in it. But for the past few days, every time I go, there is so much blood that I can't even see my stool in the toilet. I don't have any blood when I am only urinating. I can't tell if my stool is still dark or has blood in it because the entire toilet is filled with blood. On top of that, I have been feeling extremely nauseated and exhausted all the time, but when I try to sleep I just lie there awake.. But exhausted. I don't know if I'm just over sleeping or if the fatigue could be linked to whatever is going on in my GI tract. I also have GERD if that helps at all. Do you think this is something serious or could it wait until my insurance starts up in about a month? Thanks in advance for any information.

Time to rush to your doctor, this can be very serious, even a urgent care facility if your own doctor can not see you quickly.
