My wife left our home in GA, with our 3 kids. She left yesterday, Sunday afternoon, without telling me where she was going. She called me after she left and told me she was headed out of state. Do I have to just let them go? Is this legal? How long can she legally stay away with our children? What are my options? I don't want a divorce.

File for divorce and custody of your children. What she is doing is kidnapping if she is keeping the location secrect. File right away otherwise you may lose rights that you currently have. If the situation resolves itself then you can always cancel the divorce papers at a later date. Right now your in a legal blackhole unless you do somethig. You also need to report this to the police.
