OOPs,my bad. Someone else will have to answer that. I'm not familiar with how critical that state is. A good rule of thumb is any additional delay will only make it to worse. Meaning, get it submitted ASAP.

I live in Illinois, and we do have lots of idiots. Many of them are in government and some of them even work at IDOT. But I digress...

To the OP: I wouldn't be too concerned if the report was submitted 5 days late. The most important thing is to make sure you have notified your insurance company of the accident.
