I here loud noises I see a dark show Dow about 8 feet tall and he comes to me in my dreams. And I hear a women some times crying. It's starting to be strong it's scaring my girl friend and when we hear running and jumping up stairs.

Do your parents hear these noises as well? Have you talked to anybody about what you are hearing and seeing? Is the shadow only in your dreams or do you actually see it?
