Hi my wife is 7 weeks pregnant, suddenly a kid put her hands on her abdomen when she was sleeping and it causes her abdomen pain.. what should we do? No bleeding at all

Tell the kid to get his/her hands of her abdomen if it's causing her pain.

Seriously though, if she's experiencing pain and she's worried, go to the doctor. There's really nothing anyone on the internet can do for you.
