The problem here is, my husband is the petitioner, and he made out a parenting plan that he claims we have followed for the past 15months sense we separated. But, this parenting plan is not what we have been following. Sense I didn't respond to his parenting plan Andrew divorce in time, he automatically got what he wanted. Not just that but now he is custodial parent. And we both have joint custody. I'm now trying to reverse this. For me to be custodial parent and for us to have join custody. So the judge gave me 1week to get an attorney, now I have an attorney. She filed a motion to set aside default and motion to drop temporary order and set in my proposed parenting plan. And she also made me and a few friends and some family members write up declarations proving I have had my son the majority of the time. So my ex will not be custodial parent. So all I was wondering was is there a good chance to get this reversed? Sense I have evidence that he has been in my primary care. And my ex lied on legal documents stating our son has resided with him. When all evidents proves he's been with me. He works 40hours a week and I work 17hours a week. Our son is always in my care. I provide everything with no help from my ex. So when the judge sees all this evidence I was wondering my chance of him pitting my parenting plan in effect and dismissing his. Sorry if I'm not to clear about the situation, I'm trying my beat to explain it.
