My 4 week puppy has very loose stool, and seems to be a bit bloated, Is there something I shuld do to help? He is still on bottle with 2 feedings of soft puppy food.

Also Its amazing that every time someone post they are bottle feeding a newborn that everyone seems to think it was taken from the mother, I rescued a 6 day old puppy that mother and 4 siblings had died and had no choice but to do the very best I can. He is now 4 weeks old still have qustions and I get angry when I search on here and all answers toward this situation are negative! So people please don't assume things, be kind and understanding to others concerns!

I wasn't going to assume that you got a puppy too early from it's mother, but I'll admit I was going to ask, where mom was.
It could be that he needs deworming, all puppies have roundworms, this may account for some of the bloated belly you are seeing.
I wouldn't suggest going and getting something off the shelf at your local grocer though, call your vet and see if they will prescribe you something safe for such a young pup.
Even better to have him checked and let them check a fecal sample for other parasites like coccidia.
What do the stool look like, color, consistency, (watery, pudding-like) does it have a foul odor?
