I have just broken up with my girlfriend who I love very much. She finished it because of the way things have been going in the last few months of our relationship, I treated her really bad because I found myself getting more and more jealous and for no reason because she was to be trusted. I know that for a fact but I had a huge fear of losing her. I’m going to get help for my problems in the hope of resolving the insecurity and anger issues. I have promised her so many times I would stop this and at the time I meant it but because I didn’t get proper help I fell back into that way of thinking.

She has told me she loves me and misses me but she can’t take the risk anymore. I love her and her baby girl more than anything. Is there any way I can win her back now because I want to spend the rest of my life with her. Is there anything I can do now?

Yes. Get help to conquer your fear and maybe she will change her mind. Leave her alone until you do.
