Eeek would anyone know of this TV programme,
It was based mainly in the house (I think) about a youngish girl and maybe a aunt or witch who would be with her. The lady I'm sure always wore a hat or flowers in her hair and carried a bag. As the programme ended she walked down a path kicking her heels. Any idea?
