I had depsoited 3 to 4 checks for someone, in which 2 to 3 of them were return. Didn't not know the checks were stolen until they have gotten arrested for foregy in the state of Tennessee. I have never had anything on my background, I have my nursing license what are the chances of me going to jail and losing everything I have worked hard for, but they are willing to take full account for all this.. PLEASE HELP, IM SO AFRAID...

Was this someone you knew or was it someone else where you had to send part of the money by wire transfer.. ( a common scam, very famous)
If it is a friend, or someone you know, it should be easy to give evidence against them and they be arrested not you.
But less happens if you return all the money to the bank before court of course.
But yes, depending on how much money this is, but most likely probation but a conviction can effect your ability to work in the medical field.

It is someone I knew, they are willing to confess to the Decetive in which they have already wrote out a statement telling them, I have nothing to do with this. I'm afraid of lossing my license. They were personal checks, someone you think you can trust. They were already caught and they bonded out th same day..

Why were you charged ? I will assume they did not believe you thought the checks were good.

Actually, u haven't been charged with anything with me being involved, I assume I would be. It was another person involved she had a warrant if I'm not mistaking. Now she is in jail with a high bond due to other charges. I'm scared I might have a warrant, but my background was just ran about a week ago and I got called back about a nursing job. But like I said the checks were return and it messed my account up, in which I've paid for them. It was only 1 or 2 checks that were made out to me less than 1000, can't remember the exact amount.
