Long story short, my mother applied permanent hair toner (with 20 developer) to my whole head of hair to fix my orange ends, but since she applied it to my whole head, ALL of my hair has been lifted from it's naturally dark brown to a light, orangish brown. Will this permanent toner fade at all?
