Probably negative, if you pee a lot ;) It takes time for the liver to detoxify your body and if you drink lot of water, the detoxification process is pretty fast!

Please clarify the quantity. That is the tequila content. Also, do you know what type of test. If it is urine alcohol then you will be clear even if the cup was filled with tequila. If it is for metabolite EtG then will have to do a little figgerin'
