No, you need friends, you need perhaps a wife, people d not adopt 24 year old men, in fact in the US, it just sounds creepy. I am sorry you do not have a family that you feel good about, but many people don't. Now is when you start your own family. You may find when you get a job and work a older boss who may help you and "treat" you like a son but that is about it

Go volunteer at a retirement or nursing home.

You can meet older people who can become your friends and give you advice that would be "parental".

People looking to adopt generally want INFANTS.

And adults can (and should) create a circle of friends that can become their "family". I lived apart from my actual family for more than 10 years, and had a circle of friends to do family things with--picnics, holiday gatherings, important events, etc.
