Can I post a photo of a person that I met on line and ask the members here if they recognize the person? I know that the name he gave me is a lie. The country that he lives in is also a lie. And the profession and business he is in is also a lie. I think this person is a victim of identity fraud. He might not even know that his photos are being posted on line. What he said to me and the background of his photos don't match. I think this person is Latin, maybe from Colombia or Spain.

Sorry to say but this happens all the time.
There is virtually nothing that can be done to stop this type of activity.
Just look at the Ghana Romance frauds and Advanced Fee activities as well.

The person photo is just one normally stolen off the internet, names and ID are just made up. And no there is no reason for you to find them. Get over this and move on.
