My wife, and the mother of the four kids, recently passed away. I've had guardianship of all the kids for months now. The father was convicted of 2 counts of sexual battery of the girl... she was 10 at the time. He is on probation but technically still has rights to see the youngest boy. I am wanting to adopt them all have him fade away. How hard will it be to make this happen? I've been with these.kids for three years now and as far as we are concerned, I'm dad and they are mine. I just need to figure a way to make it all legal.
